A one day mindful Hypnobirthing course in Ashby de la Zouch, North West Leicestershire. Close to Tamworth, M42, Coalville, Swadlincote, South Derbyshire, South Nottinghamshire.
The class uses mindfulness and hypnosis to prepare expectant parents to birth their way supporting a calm birth. This class is perfect for those with babies due early 2020, and will support both Mum and birth partner to feel included in the preparation and birth process.
The course cost is £145- which is a £35 non-refundable deposit, followed by a payment of £110 two weeks before the class date. In the event you are required to cancel once full payment has been made then a transfer to another class with the practioner will be offered, but please note the class is non-refundable.
