I am a Mindful Mamma hypnobirthing practitioner, pre-natal yoga teacher and a post birth hypnobirthing advocate. I am passionate about spreading the knowledge and use of mindfulness and hypnobirthing in the English speaking community.
In Part 2 of our Mindful Hypnobirthing workshop you’ll learn:
~ The role of the birthing partner & how best to support
~ The role our hormones play in birth & how to balance them
~ Learn to anchor your sub-conscious
~ Mindfulness Techniques
~ How & when throughout labour to use Hypnobirthing techniques
~ Transition & “The Golden Hour” plus their importance
In order to complete the full Mindful Hypnobirthing Workshop, you will need to go on to complete part 2.
You can do this on a date which suits you, just choose from any of the Part 2 scheduled sessions in my online calender.
