will help her to recognise this. By practicing light self-hypnosis
it’s possible to access a naturally occurring state of relaxation.
This benefits both mother and baby and provides a solid foundation during pregnancy, which can continue well beyond birth.
From the methodology of self-hypnosis, to the philosophy behind the powerful mind body connections during labour, during my workshops, together we will explore the use of simple, practical techniques such as creative visualisation,
self-hypnosis, breath work and mindfulness which mums-to-be can use to alter their perception of pain, boost confidence and feel in control on the day
they meet their baby.
