This class provides you with the opportunity to work 1:1 with an experienced hypnobirthing practitioner from the comfort of your own home. The Mindful Hypnobirthing course provides practical hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques as well as enhanced understanding of the physiology of birth.

Based on the award winning book by Sophie Fletcher, Mindful Hypnobirthing. This class will help you and your birth partner to feel prepared and empowered for a birth that is free of worry and fear.

Option 1: 3 hour condensed session

Option 2: 6 hour session which can be split over two sessions if required

I am charging ‘pay what you can’ inclusive of a £15 deposit:
