As well as being a Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing Practitioner, I am also a Pre-natal Yoga Teacher & Mother. I specialise in assisting women through pregnancy & birth using yoga postures, breath work, deep relaxation and hypnosis techniques.
In our mindful hypnobirthing workshop you’ll learn:
– How to be in control and let go of any fears or anxieties
– Why environment matters and what to do about it
– Your birthing partner will be prepped in how to be a supportive person both before the birth and during labour.
– How to write a birth plan that can make all the difference to the outcome of your birth
– Why communication matters and how your mindset helps
– Hypnobirthing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques
– To feel excited and to look forward to the birth of your baby!
The workshop is best attended along with your birthing partner, however please feel free to attend with a supportive friend.
You will find the workshop held on Zoom and scheduled for your comfort.
We run from 09.00am – 16.00pm, with a 1hr lunch break in the middle of the day for refreshments.
A non-refundable deposit of £15 is taken to hold your spot on the course.
Your total investment per couple is £315, remaining amount minus deposit taken 48hrs before course begins.
If you live in Switzerland, some health insurance policies allow upto 50- 80% towards the course, please check with yours individually.
