This is a movement meditation for free movement. It’s particularly good in the morning to gently energise you, but can be listened to anytime of the day. It encourages you to connect with your body, and with movement. I wrote this on request for someone who does a lot of yoga and movement who wanted a track with no direction at all, just an invitation to listen to your body and move. It’s a wonderful way to prepare for birth and to find balance in body and mind. There are some beautiful affirmations on there too. It’s around 15 minutes long.
