This 30 minute track is the background music to all the Mp3s. It can be used to practise your breathing, and self-hypnosis exercises. When you listen to the MP3s you anchor a sense of well-being to the music, your muscles relax and calm automatically when you hear it. Some women have it as a loop on it’s own during labour. Babies particularly respond well to this after they are born as they associate it with calmness and and a sense of feeling comforted.
