										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a movement meditation for free movement. It&#8217;s particularly good in the morning to gently energise you, but can be listened to anytime of the day. It encourages you to connect with your body, and with movement. I wrote this on request for someone who does a lot of yoga and movement who wanted a track with no direction at all, just an invitation to listen to your body and move. It&#8217;s a wonderful way to prepare for birth and to find balance in body and mind. There are some beautiful affirmations on there too. It&#8217;s around 15 minutes long.</p>

When you listen to the MP3s you anchor a sense of well-being to the music, your muscles relax and calm automatically when you hear it.
