I am also a Mindful Hypnobirthing Practitioner based in Bristol. It is my passionate belief that it is entirely possible to experience peaceful, powerful, pregnancies and births, no matter how or where it takes place. My faith motivates my desire to bring restoration to the family unit, ultimately bringing unity into the foundation of the family from the very start of the journey. What birthing experience do you visualize?
Being pregnant, you have probably already, and maybe even now, felt at some point overwhelmed by stories of negative pregnancy and birthing experiences, which have shaped your expectations and thoughts, surrounding your pregnancy and birthing experience. I would like to show you that you are entirely in control of your birth experience and to equip you with tools of Mindfulness and Hypnobirthing so you can approach your birth in a peaceful, confident and calmly, excited way.

About the Private 1:1 Session
The ideal time to embark on your Mindful Hypnobirthing journey is around 25 weeks. However, there is no such thing as preparing too early or starting too late. The Hypnobirthing and Mindfulness techniques are effective immediately, and will still empower you regardless of when your little soul arrives. Don’t be surprised to discover that you find yourself applying the techniques to all areas of your life, even after your birthing experience.
Mindful Hypnobirthing isn’t about having a perfect birth, it is about having a positive birth no matter where the journey takes you. Mindfulness and Hypnobirthing is a successful combination, moving away from unwanted fear into welcomed relaxation and confident calm. It is about making informed choices, even if curveballs come, enabling you to feel fully in control and armed with knowledge, which is power.
The simple truth is, just as you are instinctively growing your baby, you already have everything you need to instinctively birth your baby. My goal is to bridge the gap between your birthing instinct and connect you with tools and techniques to achieve your desired mindset for your birthing experience. So both you and your birth partner can feel prepared, confident, and in control of your experience, allowing you to confidently communicate your birthing preferences and choices to have a positive experience.
As part of the course you will receive:
6 hours of private face to face time
Full access to the library of MP3’s, Mindfulness tracks, and downloads to listen and engage whenever you wish (all materials are available for 9 months after the session)
Access to the Mindful Mamma’s Facebook group to connect with other parents, ask questions, and share your knowledge and experience
A complimentary gift bag including the Mindful Mamma book, corresponding journal, and some small favours to enhance relaxation
Private 1:1 Sessions in the privacy, comfort and safety of your own home are £200.
The sessions are flexible and run either:
One x 6 hour session,
Or two x 3 hour sessions depending on your preference. If you prefer two x 3 hour sessions, it is advisable to allow around 2 weeks in between sessions to allow you time to digest the information and start to practice the Mindfulness techniques.
