getting classes up
You can get classes up as soon as you are able, remember people will be booking months in advance so the sooner the better. There are tutorials in the practitioner’s area on how to do this and in the files section on the Facebook group there are a lot of resources from previous training so please look into these before sending individual questions. The same questions arise time and time again!

your profile page and email
You get your own webpage which you will be sent the url for (mindfulmamma.co.uk/firstname-lastname) when you login in you will be able to manage that from the dashboard on the left menu. Have a go and play around with it. There are video tutorials in the practitioner’s area on how to do this. In the monthly mentoring meetings you can ask for support in doing this too. You can also have access to an email address if you wish, or you can have a mindful mamma email forwarded to another email.

client and practitioner support
Tina is self-employed and works on demand. The support she offers is to the clients who book on our classes, to respond to client enquiries, and post your class journals when needed. Any other admin support can be arranged directly with Tina at discounted rates.
As we are all self-employed and work from home. We work sporadic hours, but are always closed evenings and weekends.
Tina checks emails and bookings most days during the week. Her role is to add your clients to the membership area, respond to client-facing enquiries.
Once you have completed training and have got your badge you no longer need to have contact with Tina apart from when you pay your annual membership fee or when you have a client booking. Tina is very technical and if you want support setting your page up, getting it looking beautiful, and you want more support on getting your bookings up and the bookings looking top-notch quickly, Tina is your person.
Tina is not there to give technical support or admin to individual practitioners. If you need one on one individual support, such as setting up your profile page or events, you can pay for Tina’s time to support you and this is a private arrangement between you and Tina. Tina’s charges are £35/hr for non-MM practitioners and £25/hr for MM practitioners.
Tina also produces and sells resources for perinatal education. Her shop is on www.tinagibbs.co.uk/shop. All Mindful Mamma Practitioners get a 50% discount on all my digital products when you use: XBSX5DDK.
Sophie picks up enquiries and urgent messages daily from clients. Tuesdays are usually the day that she does more Mindful Mamma admin.
Sophie will also give individual supervision support on an hourly basis. If you need individual support this is charged at £50 an hour. Free support is given on the Facebook practitioners group.
communication
Use the practitioners@mindfulmamma.co.uk email for practitioner questions
Admin@mindfulmamma.co.uk is for client logins and booking related issues only and ordering your journals. Please allow 2 weeks turnaround for journals, so order well in advance.
To contact Sophie please use the teachers@mindfulmamma.co.uk email, don’t message her through social media messaging unless you are reposting or tagging in a post. This is because she gets hundreds of messages through instagram, Facebook (various different accounts) and can’t flag things to do. Please think first, “can I post this on the group”.
booking process
The fee £15 is payable at booking and covers all the materials online + Tina’s client support. Except for the Journals which you purchase. These cost £15 for 10 incl. P&P (UK). The book is not included as part of the course. It’s actually cheaper to buy the books on Amazon than it is for Sophie to provide them!
The materials fee is a flat £15 for your client’s access to the mp3s, handouts and more. The fee can either be paid by the practitioner to paypal.me/mindfulmamma or by the client through our booking system (the deposit). These fees are non-refundable.

The client books: Tina receives an email, the client receives an email, you receive an email. The client’s email gives them links to the downloads, the book and so on. Please contact your client as soon as possible to know you have their booking. Payment should be collected no later than two weeks before the class starts.
All the class bookings are listed in your bookings area on the dashboard, you have their contact details and booking details. Please check this once a week just in case you have missed an email.
At time of booking or at least one week before the class: Your client receives their logon with all materials. Please check with them during the class that they have received this. Please also make them aware that the loging details often land in their junkmail folder.
Please note that all the fees for materials on booking are non-refundable. If you cancel a class, you will be responsible for refunding that deposit to a client. It’s always worth seeing if another practitioner can cover your class before cancelling or talk to another practitioner and your client about moving them to another class.

insurance
Balens is a popular choice as for the same fee you can add different therapies. It’s worth asking this question in the group as other practitioners use different insurers and some are much cheaper than others.
mentoring
Mentoring meetings are set up for the first 6 months to help with setting up and questions. Also use the resources in the Facebook group and use this support. Sophie cannot give individual support and has tried to ensure that all the questions we expect to receive available information on here and on the Facebook group. Mentoring meetings have been set up to ensure that you do have group contact once a month for the first 6 months. These mentoring meetings are every 3rd Thursday of the month 12:30-13:30.
annual membership
